- I always say their name in the first and last messages!!!

Units
The CBD 101 Unit was made specifically to help you become knowledgeable on CBD, and to help you answer customer questions! Go through the graphics in CBD 101 and make a list of all of the helpful info in the graphics.
When you get a question that is addressed on your list, you can go find the graphic with the information and send it directly to your customer OR use the graphic to explain the answer yourself!
